- The US Navy's Helicopter Training Squadron Eighteen (HT-18) was established in 1972 and is based in Naval Air Station Whiting Field in Florida. It offers advanced helicopter pilot training of student aviators for the United States Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard and selected foreign military flight students.
